Whoo... had quite a fulfilling day today. Together wif lijun & fiona, we went back to OBSERVE land trg. Had sixty odd yr1s. Not bad lah... And gers too! =) The yr1s did 4,3,2,1. So poorthing... no stamina still do this program.
The yr2s did long dist as a team. The 3 of us watched em until we become terrified. =/ Cos x-country is just 1 wk away, and their standard is not there yet. They r not doing their best. Thighs not high enuff, pace not uniform thoughout run, don't look as though they r 'light'. Guys also... and they r facing fiercer competition from other sports groups in e college.E captains said that they set this program cos many of em had self-trgs/ had trial run for napfa/ at risk of injuries... But if they dun give their best during land-trgs, and instead choose to do so during self-trgs, then wad's e purpose of having land trgs? May as well everyone train on their own. I'm also scared that e better ones dun haf enuff opportunities to improve n clock in their best timings... It's time to b competitive le...
Had a talk wif e yr2s gers, hope it was motivating for em. Afterall, it's only 8 days away from e race... Hope can keep their morale HIGH... they never know wad they are capable of achiving during e race, unless they believe in themselves. Sincerely hope that our juniors can eventually get back e championship tt we lost 4 yrs ago.
Talked to e yr1s too... i think i looked v fierce and used a harsh tone. It wasn't done on purpose... I wan em to b menally prepared if they wan take up this ultra-tough cca.
Think i'm very long-winded today. I'm always v concerned abt e team. I can't help but think too much when someone tells mi things abt e team...
My best fren, jeng sing is finally attached!! =) Cannot reveal his name cos she will be paiseh. Haha..
Oh! I haven been working since yesterday. My stupid boss does things lye a gay. Yest afternoon, he said tt he will tell mi my working days by e end of e day. But!!! He haven cfm wif mi up till now.=( Wa piang... his efficiency really kns. But actually he called juz now!! He very FUNNY. He asked mi wad am i doing? Haha.. lye we veri fren leh. His tone v friendly. I quite happy leh... =P And guess wad?? He wans mi to work full-time for him!!! Wow... 5 days a wk. He says will call mi back 2 tell mi e days, but up till now(midnight), still haven... Zzz.
Someone i missed is finally coming home... =)
